MEET THE FOUNDERS
Kimiyo WilliamS, M.D.
Kimiyo Harris Williams, M.D. is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Educating her patients and advocating for health equity has been the foundational framework of her practice of medicine. Dr. Williams is a cum laude graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Pre-Medicine. She completed her medical training at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, receiving a Doctor of Medicine degree. Thereafter, she successfully completed the Pediatric Residency Training Program at LSU Health Sciences Center and Children’s Hospital in New Orleans. Dr. Williams’ career has included both academic and clinical medicine over the past 20 years. As co-founder of a private pediatric practice, she has learned about the operation of a small business. Currently as President and CEO of K.H. Williams Enterprises, Inc., Dr. Williams has continued to exercise her vision, leadership and management skills to meet the needs of the community.
Personally, Dr. Williams cherishes being the wife of Mr. Theron J. Williams, Sr., mother of two sons, bonus mother of three, and grandmother of three. Taking time to embrace and cultivate relationships both personally and professionally are of paramount importance. Committed and dedicated to serving the community, she is involved in several advocacy, community, and non-profit organizations. Her personal mission is to embrace the community with compassion and influence while exercising professionalism and encouraging wellness. Some of her favorite hobbies include traveling, football, and dancing. Her favorite quote is “Self-love is healthy living.” K. Williams
Theron Williams, Sr.
Theron J. Williams Sr. is a seasoned leader, strategist, and ordained Elder whose life and work are guided by the vision, “Building Relationships From the Inside Out.” A devoted husband to Dr. Kimiyo Williams, and proud father of five and grandfather of four, he believes family is the foundation of leadership and the first expression of love in action.
With over 30 years of leadership experience in the energy sector at the asset, regional, and global levels, Theron has mastered the art of aligning people, purpose, and performance. His expertise in strategic design, leadership development, and organizational transformation serves as the foundation for his broader mission—to equip others to lead with vision, authenticity, and impact.
As Founder and Principal Consultant of Theron J. Williams Consulting LLC and President & CEO of Community of LOVE™, Theron channels his executive experience into creating environments where leaders and communities can thrive. Through research, education, and engagement, Community of LOVE works to eliminate the enemies of poverty, disease, and under-education by developing, cultivating, and connecting leaders who build communities of love. His leadership emphasizes the creation of economic ecosystems that generate opportunity, elevate capacity, and foster generational prosperity.
Across every platform—spiritual, professional, and civic—Theron champions the conviction that LOVE is both the method and the mission. It is the force that connects purpose to people, transforms systems and relationships, and builds communities that flourish from the inside out.
